Chris began his insurance career as an agent with New York Life in Lafayette, LA in 1983. After an extensive training program and a successful start in developing a client base, opportunity knocked and Chris responded by accepting a position in Memphis, TN as Life Marketing Rep for USF&G. There he quickly advanced to Branch Manager of the Life Division.
In 1992 Chris left USF&G to start his own independent brokerage operation, Milestone Financial Group, where he successfully worked with mid-south agents until 2009, which was the year Milestone Financial merged with Life Associates, Inc. to form Producers Connection, LLC. His vast field experience and long term relationships with agencies throughout the mid-south area are invaluable assets that give Chris a unique perspective in his role as one of the leaders of our company as he helps to lead us forward to becoming the best we can be..
A native of Memphis, TN, John began his insurance career in 1968 as a Group Representative for Pan American Life. His 10 years as a group rep helped him to form strong working relationships with a diverse group of financial professionals throughout the mid-south. In 1978 John transitioned to the life brokerage business when he opened a Regional Office for Philadelphia Life in Nashville, TN.
From there he went on to hold Regional VP positions with two other insurance companies and has been a Principal in two brokerage operations, the most recent being Life Associates of Memphis, beginning in 1991. In 2009 Life Associates of Memphis and Milestone Financial Group merged to form Producers Connection, LLC. John’s broad background has played a major role in his development as part of our leadership team and has helped to shape his vision for moving our company forward.
Wayne McCullough, LUTCF Regional Brokerage Manager
Wayne entered the insurance business in 1974, and has experience in personal sales, management, and brokerage. He was a Sales Manager at the Life of Virginia Memphis office when they first introduced Universal Life to the public in the late 70's / early 80's. He and his brother ran their own independent agency during most of the 80's, selling Life, Health, and Property/Casualty. He began working with other agents in 1989, when he accepted a position with the former Memphis branch of USF&G as the Life Field Rep for West Tennessee and East Arkansas. He has been with Producers Connection (formerly Milestone Financial Group) since 1995, where he continues to enjoy working with independent agents and brokers. His primary responsibility continues to be working with agents in Arkansas and West Tennessee, helping them with sales ideas and developing strategies that help their clients, and build agency bottom lines. He is also available for joint field work when needed, and is experienced in advanced markets and business uses of life insurance.
Wayne has been a member of NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors) for 40 years, and served as President of the Memphis chapter in 2002-2003. He is also a member of the American Association for Long Term Care Insurance, and an associate member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals.
Robert M. Williams, MBA Regional Brokerage Manager
Rob Williams brings a wealth of experience from lean manufacturing concepts to his experience as a licensed Commercial Multiengine Instrument rated pilot. Rob has owned and operated a diverse array of businesses including land development, home construction, building product manufacturing, lumber distribution, commercial construction contracting, property management, corporate aviation and international aviation parts.
Rob enjoys applying his real life experiences to the financial industry in order to help others reduce risk while achieving the goals that matter most to them. His application of the principles acquired from his experiences serve as a valuable resource to financial professionals in helping their clients to fulfill their financial goals.
Since entering the business in 2008, Ryan has shown an unquenchable thirst for knowledge of the financial services business, and it has paid big dividends. Ryan’s ability to discuss cases with agents and help each one to determine the best strategy, market, and applicable rating provides the professional with a meaningful and accurate illustration, which maximizes the agent’s placement ratio and minimizes the time required.
He is very much attuned to the strengths and weaknesses of all of our carriers, with a thorough understanding of their products, underwriting, and marketing niches. Additionally, Ryan’s excellent communication skills go a long way in helping the agent, client, and carrier to an enhanced sales experience.
Glenda Brooks Commissions and Policyholder Services
The newest support member of our team, Glenda has recently retired from a career in social services. Her experience in the social services field has helped her to hone her skills in assisting clients and also dealing with bureaucratic institutions, which are certainly skills needed for this position.
Glenda’s kind and pleasant demeanor, her patience and understanding are essential qualities for this important position.
